“Bridges to Joy of Being”

How might we further develop the embodied knowing Kum Nye brings, knowledge needed “to enrich our lives and benefit all of humanity” (The Joy of Being, p.2)? This workshop will focus on foundational Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga exercises such as #3 Tasting Relaxation and #5 Expanding Feeling in relation to further teachings by Tarthang Tulku in The Joy of Being. Through fine-tuning, we open into our own inner resources (p.30), and give mind space to BE (p.115). Deepening our Kum Nye, dissolving movement into stillness, we may discover the integration—the inseparability— of Nye and Kum. This training day for KNTT Level 1 graduates will satisfy continuing training requirements for certified Kum Nye instructors for 2025. Open to all graduates of the KNTT 1 program. Advance your Kum Nye understanding and further develop your teaching skills, at the same time connect with your global Kum Nye colleagues.
