We need not be shy about getting inside our experience and embracing it intimately, below the level of concepts. Viewing our own embodiment as a precious resource, we may find our joy.
This Late Fall term sets out The Joy of Being’s approach to building and strengthening the Kum Nye experience– a foundation for truly embodying Kum Nye. Practices from “Part One: The Working Basis” and “Part Two: Breath” stimulate the subtle energies of body and mind, creating a new home of feeling that arises from deep relaxation.
This first of seven terms begins the Nyingma Institute International Joy of Being Teacher Training program that also includes 9 weekend workshops and runs through February 2027.
These weekly classes can be taken separately, just for the love of it, with permission of instructor.
