This class is for beginners and anyone looking for support to restart and refresh a regular daily meditation practice. through cultivating body, breath and mind awareness, we will learn to relax tension and quiet busy mind by applying gentle movements (Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga), guided meditations, silent sitting and breath practices. This will allow us more calm and clarity as we develop a sense of mind/body balance and integration, both in meditation and in daily life. We may find ourselves to be on a journey of self-transformation through self-knowledge.
