For our health and happiness, it is essential that we learn ways of relaxing that bring ease to the mind and communicate directly with body and senses. The Joy of Being p. 144
Both early and late fall terms take up Part Four: Massaging Mind of The Joy of Being. We are encouraged to make Kum Nye our constant companion. Practice and study teach us how to smooth the jagged energies of body and mind, protecting us against negativity and discouragement without and within. We can nourish ourselves and bring ease to the mind.
This is the fifth of seven modules of the Nyingma Institute International Joy of Being Teacher Training program that also includes 9 weekend workshops and runs through February 2027.
These weekly classes can be taken separately, just for the love of it, with permission of the instructors.
