Join us for an entry-level yet profound exploration of The Four Hundred Verse Treatise (Catuḥśataka), authored by the legendary 3rd-century Indian master Aryadeva. As the primary disciple of Nagarjuna (the founder of the Madhyamaka, or “Middle Way” school), Aryadeva created a foundational roadmap for transforming the mind. This eight-session series bridges ancient Buddhist philosophy with modern daily life. The text is brilliantly structured in two halves: the first eight chapters focus on gathering positive energy and taming our distorted views of reality, while the final eight chapters dive into the ultimate nature of emptiness. In this series, we will thoroughly explore the first eight chapters, learning how to dismantle the everyday mental traps that cause us stress, anxiety, and confusion.
