In this workshop, we will experience various meditation techniques, discovering which ones work best for you to relax the body, calm the mind, and refresh and balance a wholeness of being. We will use gentle movement practices: Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga, to integrate body and mind. Breathing tools stimulate healing energies. Visual imagery and sounds with known healing properties nourish the senses. Awareness of our being opens to expand beyond our limitations of the ‘self’. We can learn to release mind’s grasping tendencies to get it ‘right’, needing to get somewhere else, other than our own experience right here, now. Inner contentment and appreciation for our being, and others, naturally dawns.

This class is appropriate for new beginners, as well as for those who have experienced some meditation previously, and are looking for further support and guidance.
