This workshop is designed to support you in establishing a daily meditation practice, to foster a sense of deepening inner balance, a more tranquil mind, an integrated wholeness of being. Particularly helpful in these tumultuous times, we offer practices to shift our inner experience: gentle movement meditations, Kum Nye, to soothe agitation; conscious breathing to feel a sense of spaciousness within; soothing mantra and visual imagery to find patience. Are we really at the mercy of our thoughts, our tensions, our reactive habit-patterns of mind? When we listen to our hearts, our inner silence, we may find an openness and acceptance of whatever arises. This class is for anyone new to meditation, as well as for those who have some experience, but wish more support and guidance.
