This class will teach the fundamentals of beginning a meditation practice–working with body, breath, and mind in a foundational way. We will get down to the brass tacks of meditation essentials such as how to sit properly, how to use the breath, chanting mantra, and more. This class is perfect for true beginners with no experience in meditation as well as anyone else seeking to reinvigorate their practice. We will use Tarthang Tulku’s book Tibetan Meditation as support for this class.
