The Noble Eightfold Path is one of the central teachings of the Buddha and the practical path that leads to the end of suffering. It is often called the Middle Way because it avoids the extremes of self-indulgence and self-mortification—paths that ultimately harm the body, the mind, and others. Instead, it offers a balanced and skillful way of living that gradually cultivates wisdom, ethical conduct, and mental clarity.

In this eight-session series, participants will explore the Eightfold Path step by step. Each session will focus on one or more aspects of the path, including Right View, Right Intention, Right Speech, Right Action, Right Livelihood, Right Effort, Right Mindfulness, and Right Concentration. Through teaching, discussion, and meditation, participants will learn how these timeless teachings can be applied both in formal spiritual practice and in everyday life.

The program emphasizes not only understanding the teachings intellectually but also bringing them into daily experience—cultivating awareness, compassion, and ethical living in our relationships, work, and inner life.

Structure of Each Session:
       • Teaching on one or more aspects of the Noble Eightfold Path
       • Group discussion and reflection
       • Guided meditation related to the topic

This series is open to beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Anyone interested in deepening wisdom, compassion, and mindful living is warmly welcome.
